The TD Connect Kit-of-Parts Library helps companies attain sustainable and lean business processes throughout the product lifecycle, from concept phase to disposal and recycling of the product. Sovelia PLM is easy to configure and provides full capabilities to manage and access product data at different steps of the product lifecycle. Our PLM solution is a combination of pre-configured tools and processes that have been proven in the industry.

The library has a built-in administration interface with the necessary capabilities to adjust configurations as required and set system parameters without any programming skills. The industry-standard look and feel of the user interface make it easy to use, allowing fast adaptation and operation performance.

Item and Bill of Materials (BOM) Management

Includes rooms, assemblies, individual parts and documents as well as all associated information (such as base COBie data).

Extranet Supplier Collaboration Portal

Provides a safe and robust way for suppliers to access the library and add their 3D models, 2D drawings and data/ specifications for each supplier part. This can also integrate with system processes for more finite control and monitoring.

Engineering Change Requests (ECR)

Provides and easy and controlled way to request, process and document item and data changes.

Engineering Change Management (ECM)

Offers the benefits of electronic change management, ensuring that all parties are working with the correct information.

Integrations

The Kit-of-Parts Library has been designed to work seamlessly with the TD Connect Configurator, to ensure it is fed with the most up to date information and 3D models for creating a concept design with. It also connects with a range of other design tools.

Product Data Management

Keep all product data, including base COBie information, fire ratings, U values, and any other required data fields. As well as drawings and models, for all items and assembolies.

Engineering Change Orders (ECO)

Processes for pushing the request for changes and updates to supplier information in the system.
