The TD Connect Site Builder is a web-based 4D site planning and logistics tool, powered by CMbuilder.

This tool allows you to turn your project timeline and Gantt chart into a 3D model, where you can show all the site activities visually.

It also allows the user to import 3D point cloud and laser scan data of a site for accurate modelling. Importing of a time plan from Excel, Project, Asta etc, as well as export and updating of the source project plan. It can also accept a range of 3D model files so you can place the building design file and place and work on and around it in 3D.

Site Builder can create a ground surface in minutes based on the project location the users enters.

Import 3D Models

Import an IFC model from the Configurator, or a full Revit model created with the Revit Plugin for you to design with and around.

Cut and Fill Modelling

Site Builder allows the users to plan excavations (cut) and fill activities in 3D, as well as show the equipment needed to do the work.

Import/ Export Project Plans

Site Builder allows the user to create a project plan, or import one from a vast range of planning tools. If you make changes to the plan in Site Builder you can also export for use elsewhere.

Auto-Crane Optimisation

The tool has features to aid in crane choices by trying to optimise a crane layout. (Note this does not replace the need for a lifting plan and safety certificates, etc).

Sharing

Users can share work done in Site Builder in many ways, such as animations, slide presentations, images, and bill of materials.

Load 3D Scans

Site Builder can accept 3D point cloud and laser scan files to make sure you have pin-point accuracy to design with.
