Our Story
Embarking on our digital journey nearly a decade ago, Tilbury Douglas has continually evolved under the guidance of our digital team. A testament to our commitment to innovation, we proudly pioneered Building Information Modelling (BIM) Level 2 on a Ministry of Justice project in 2012. This early success marked the beginning of our steadfast position as an information and technology trailblazer in the construction industry.

Today, our dedication to digital excellence is unwavering. Bolstering our investment in our digital team and strategy, we lead the charge in implementing cutting-edge technology, data solutions, and sophisticated software across our construction, engineering, infrastructure, and fit-out operations. From this TD Connect was born.

TD Connect is an ecosystem of connected tools with information management at its core. TD Connect aims to empower people to be able to deliver what they need to in as streamlined and efficient way as possible, while adhering to all required legislation, standards and processes.

One of the main deliverables of the TD Connect system is a digital twin for any and all projects, and to support the creation and maintenance of the golden thread of information through a project’s entire lifecycle.
